Restoration & Construction Marketing Area Manager


  • Understand our Insurance and Restoration customers: decipher the cultural, business, and needs that brought them to Zebra.
  • Actively search for prospects and develop new accounts by telephone, scheduling in person appointments, and attending local and regional events.
  • Retain and grow existing account revenue through total account penetration and implementation of marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans and programs to support organization’s revenue objectives.
  • Understand overall market dynamics, along with identifying emerging business opportunities and risks with assigned accounts and provide feedback to leadership.
  • Be the voice of the customer and provide feedback on how Zebra can better serve our customers and future of the business


  • 3+ years of experience in insurance or restoration Customer Success, Account Management, or equivalent history of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention
  • Must understand industry players, TPAs, and different departments
  • Industry-specific experience in Insurance and Restoration
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with a passion for delivering the best possible customer
    experience; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and eloquent writing skills
  • Valid Driver’s License, driving record in good standing
  • Strong time management skills, organized.
  • Adaptable, knowledgeable, multi-tasker.

Property Damage Mitigation Technician

Water Mitigation/Restoration Technicians primarily respond to emergencies and losses involving properties that have been damaged by fire, smoke, water, or mold, and are instrumental in mitigating the damage in the process to restore the property to its pre-loss condition. This is a fast-paced workplace and requires high drive and excellent work ethics. Candidates must have strong leadership, organizational skills, and communication strength. Experience within the restoration, remediation and/or mitigation industry is a plus, but not required. Only serious, experienced applicant's resumes will be reviewed.

Job requirements:

  • The right attitude accompanied by a willingness to work, learn and grow in a team environment.
  • This is a demanding industry. You must be physically capable of regularly moving furniture and other household contents, including equipment weighing 70+ lbs.
  • A good driving record.
  • Clean background (background check and DMV record will be reviewed prior to start-date).
  • Intermediate computer skills, primarily using iPhone technology, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc).
  • Industry Experience and IICRC, ACAC, and/or RIA Certification(s) desired, but not required (WRT, AMRT, ASD, SRT, OCT, CMR, etc).
  • Strong organizational, time-management skills and interpersonal skills.
  • A high level of personal and professional integrity, determination, and dedication.

Relevant Work Experience: Water Mitigation/Restoration Technician

Education Level: High School or equivalent

Job Status: Full-time

Job Shift: Varies (mostly day shift; however, some after hours, weekends, holidays may be necessary, and for several weeks at a time, during winter months particularly)

Reconstruction Technician

Skilled Construction Workers Needed $15-$35 hourly

  • Hiring for all trades, drywall, framing, flooring, siding, cabinets, plumbing, finish work, etc.
  • Must be able to read and interpret scope of work.
  • Determine dimensions and materials needed.
  • Ability to prepare, mask, match surfaces.
  • Knowledge of working in occupied homes.
  • Detach and reset fixtures, plumbing, etc.
  • Able to read and understand written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to work alone and in a team environment.

  • Experience necessary.

Construction Laborer

The job of the laborer is to be a support to both lead carpenters and 2nd carpenters. He is the “go to” person for any task requested by other employees.

2. Be flexible in time and duty assignments

Job Site

1. Responsible for total construction cleanup including:

  • Sweep daily
  • Remove trash daily if possible, piled neatly til removed
  • Help organize job site materials
  • Remove salvageable materials to storage
  • Observe safety rules and conduct rules

2. Learn beginning carpentry skills on the job

Company Vehicles

1. Keep vehicle gased up

2. Notify management if any problem exists

3. Keep vehicle clean inside and out


1. Turn in time card daily

2. Turn in gas receipts upon each purchase

Miscellaneous Responsibilities

1. May be asked to work after hours and weekends for emergency jobs. No alcohol is allowed during this time.

2. No smoking is ever allowed in a residence. Butt cans must be used and kept in your vehicle.

3. No alcohol or drugs may be used on the job or anywhere near the job site. If a homeowner offers, politely refuse.
